8 Simple and Sweet Mocktails With Cocktails Ideas

Looking for simple and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails or cocktails with well-defined curves? Here are 8 simple non-alcoholic recipes you can try.

No matter what time of year, summer or vacation, drinking is a social activity that most of us frequently experience. If you are trying to be more cautious about drinking alcohol and want to make healthy changes, or if you are looking for a delicious non-alcoholic beverage, let’s get into it.

How to Make a Healthy Cocktail

While there are a few fun recipes to try, it’s hard to find one that doesn’t have added sugar.

Ingredients such as plain water, water from concentrate, and mixtures already made by the market are often the culprits. By swapping these ingredients, reducing the amount of these ingredients, or using fresh juices, real fruits, herbs, you retain the same flavor and eliminate excess sugar.

As with anything else, it all comes down to how much alcohol you drink. It is possible to combine alcohol with a balanced and positive life if you choose to. That being said, it is important to know your limits and understand how alcohol affects the body in terms of digestion and metabolism. We discuss health issues in our book Is Alcohol Unhealthy? story if you want to read more about this topic.

8 Sweet And Easy Cocktail Recipes

Now for good things! All of these cocktail recipes make up just one portion. Note that if you choose to enjoy alcohol you can use this, otherwise, we share our non-alcoholic preferences within each Secret so that everyone can enjoy these drinks!

We love the non-alcoholic spirits of Ritual Zero Proof because they are delicious, healthy for life, and flexible so you can enjoy any restaurant.

Ritual Zero Proof uses botanicals made from plants to create amazing flavors that imitate your favorite spirits, offering Tequila, Gin, Whiskey and Rum Alternative. Groups of their zero-proof spirits are dissolved individually and filtered slightly to block their pure aroma. Each bottle is sealed with a new one.

In addition, simple stevia juice is an absolute choice. If you don’t want extra sweetness, feel free to leave or swap and use honey or maple juice, whatever you enjoy most.

Cucumber Mint Twist

There is nothing more refreshing than a cucumber in the summer! Not only does it taste good in beverages, but cucumbers are also made up of about 96% water and replenished with antioxidants.

We’ve talked a little bit about antioxidants here in NS, but let me tell you, our bodies need antioxidants to fight free radicals. Different foods contain different antioxidants, but all in all, antioxidants can help prevent diseases such as heart disease and certain types of cancer. In short – they’re good guys.

Cucumbers are a cool, refreshing way to add flavor to a restaurant or mocktail. This is my take on another healthy Cucumber Collins recipe!

  4. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve.

Summer Sangria

Sangria is a great way to replace your regular wine cup in the summer. Traditionally, sangria is a wine wine from Spain. In exchange for regular red wine by choosing organic and kombucha or seltzer juice, we are left with a punch that contains less sulfite, less sugar, and more antioxidants. This is a quick read if you want to learn more from a sommelier about organic wine.

When it comes to the type of red wine you use, follow what you know! Sangria is very versatile, if you know that you like some kind of red wine, chances are you will also like sangria.

The same goes for kombucha here. Although it is a great source of healthy bacteria (especially the lactic-acid family) and contains antioxidants that are also available – not every cup of tea. If you are not a fan of kombucha in itself, I would not recommend you to add to your sangria. Instead, try using seltzer juice, unsweetened lemon juice tastes great in this way!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of organic red wine
  • 1 cup strawberry kombucha (sweetened naturally) or 1 cup unsalted lemon juice seltzer
  • 1 lemon cut
  • 2 small white peaches chopped
  • 1 lemon chopped
  • 1 cut orange
  • Unsweetened lemon juice to finish

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except seltzer water, in a large saucepan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  2. It is a choice to keep the fruit in a glass, otherwise you can sift the fruit and leave it with something that looks like red wine.
  3. When ready to serve, drizzle 3/4 glasses of wine by the way with sangria and top with lemon juice to finish.

Margarita

Made very simply with lemon juice and simple water, this is super high quality!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Custom Zero Proof of Tequila Method
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1-ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce naked
  • Garnish: lime slice with salt on half of the circle as a means

Directions:

  1. Add tequila, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey to an ice-filled dish, stirring until cool.
  2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  3. Decorate with a small slice.

Strawberry Basil Mojito

Add basil to everything and I have it all! Basil is a powerful herb that has anti-inflammatory properties, antimicrobial properties and, you think, a lot of circulating antioxidants. Strawberries and mint are also added. Mint, in particular, is good for poor nutrition and reducing diarrhea.

I like that traditional mojito doesn’t include squeezing – the mint and lime leaves are all stored in the beverage to add flavor. The secret to summer dining or mocktail is a little change in the style of mojito!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1/2 ounce stevia simple water
  • 1-ounce Ceremony Zero Proof of Rum Alternative
  • Seltzer water finish

Directions:

  1. Put mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a shaker or mason jar. Mix the ingredients together with the mud or end of a wooden spoon.
  2. Add 2 lime wedges along with basil, strawberry, and stevia simple water and then mix the ingredients again.
  3. Add the rum and fill the shaker or jar of mason with ice. Remove any tool you use and shake it to blend.
  4. Pour all the ingredients into a glass and top with seltzer water to finish.
  5. Garnish with remaining lime and serve.

Grapefruit Crush

Although margaritas are highly praised in the category of cocktails and mocktails, the La Paloma variety is one of my favorites. The fresh grapefruit juice makes it light and refreshing while also giving a light pink color that cries out during the summer.

Here is another healthy take on La Paloma!
