An easy way to make apples cooked without added sugar and hot spices.
Growing up in the Midwest, we went for a breakfast on Sunday morning. It always included my dad’s baked apples, pancakes, pork, fried eggs and cheese, and muffins.
Now I bring back the cooked NS apples! I promise this is one of the simplest recipes you can make. All you need is 3-4 fresh apples of your choice. I find that gala, fuji, and sparkling honey are my favorite recipes, but beauty is the use of whatever you have, the weather in your area, and what you love.
These Roasted Apples Are Hot Spices add more spices to any dish in the morning such as oatmeal, porridge, or yogurt. Plus, enjoy these cooked apples as your favorite salty with ice cream.
Our main belief here is that proper eating should be healthy and delicious!

You can use apple cider or water as a liquid. If you use apple cider you will add sugar, make more water, and taste better than if you use water, both alternatives are delicious!

What Makes a Secret to Baked Apples Healthy
Apples are one of my favorite fruits to digest due to its unique fiber. It also contains insoluble and insoluble yarn, which is excellent for supporting our toilet.
Apples have also been shown to be associated with improved cognition, reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, reduced body fat, weight loss, bone health, and gastrointestinal health.
Cinnamon is also packed with antioxidants – especially polyphenols. Antioxidants are important because they help the body fight off oxygen stress and damage caused by free radicals.
