Is there anything more cool in winter than the smell of pumpkin pie in the oven? We don’t think so! Hands down, a sweet and savory squash mixed with autumnal spices and cream gives us a full fall. But this year, we decided to make the holiday a healthier one and the result is a recipe for a gluten-free pumpkin cake with handmade cashew cream. We promise you that you will need a few more – that’s right that good!

And if you are new to this, don’t worry. We decided to make this recipe easy with a few ingredients so you don’t have a big problem drawing Thanksgiving salt. This is a great way to get potluck because it satisfies any dining license, as well. It’s a win-win!
