When we talk about food always being in your mind, we are not talking about good ideas like the thoughts you have in anticipation of a delicious meal at home, a new yeast that you are happy to try, or a delicious dinner coming from friends.
We are talking about a meddling mind. The thoughts you do not really want to have, the ones that insist on staying, and the thoughts that control you, constantly, make you feel like you are busy with food.
Do You Always Think About Food?
One of the signs that a relationship with food is not working properly is when it begins to deteriorate.
Where all your actions and decisions may begin to influence your thoughts about food, or where you feel like food is the beginning of your life, or where food has a lot of power in your daily activities.
There is a difference between eating to be a happy part of our life and taking our own life. Once it starts to take control of your actions, such as whether you go to group events or not, then it is no longer profitable.
The concept of “all-in”.
When people just focus on food to the point of exhaustion, I often find that they are in “everything” with their relationship with food.
To be “all” is to think of food as a means of obtaining physical food, meaning that we believe that food has one purpose and only one purpose. Excitement and activity are not uncommon here and are often overlooked.
Having a balanced view of food is the key to controlling your diet, planning your diet, and reflecting on your food choices or actions when they are not fully controlled by diet.
In short, being “all” is just a matter of focusing on the foods and foods you choose.
Problem Thinking of “all”.
Now some of you may be shaking your head as you read this. You may think, “Yes, I think so. But why is it a problem? “
“Prioritizing food through diet and nutrition is healthy, so I’m doing what is right for my body, isn’t it?”.
Well, the problem with these ideas is that they start to take away the pleasure from eating. It starts to make eating a task, something you need to do to meet the emotional needs or goal you have set for yourself. It can cause you to feel overwhelmed, anxious, guilty, or frustrated.
Just thinking about food as a way to get physical food creates a bad relationship with food.
When we think only of food, it can be exhausting. Tired to the point where we can no longer do it.
So then what? What happens when we reach the peak? We turn in the opposite direction, and we do so quickly. Suddenly we find ourselves in the “whole mind”.
The concept of “all”.
What I am describing here is an idea or a cycle. As we sway from one level to another.
When food is on your mind all the time, chances are you are working or have been there before. You often, or often, find yourself tired. There, I can not again.
So instead of thinking of food as food, you say forget it. What can I do to satisfy myself right now, to feel better and have fun right now and right now through food?
This can be seen as overeating, overeating, unhealthy eating, or overeating. And in the end, you are left feeling depressed and guilty.
Why You Always Think About Food
You always think about food because food becomes black and white in your mind. It’s the complexity, which controls your life.
You live, “good” is food to feed, or “bad” is food to enjoy.
There is no middle ground.
How to Establish Your Relationship With Food
To change this, in order to stop constantly thinking about food, you need to have a consistent, consistent relationship with food.
A balanced relationship with food is what prioritizes both food and happiness.
It is where you know how to create foods that make you feel satisfied and energized, as well as create foods that are satisfying and fun for you.
Where you can enjoy your life and still put food first.

Start Adjusting Your Diet
